I am a Spain based contemporary artist.
I use different techniques such as – drawing, painting, photography, illustration. My work contain references to Spanish and Asian culture, fashion, art history, merged with my own experiences and ideas, drawing inspiration for my figurative work from life, my own photographs, or fashion magazine editorials, movie scenes, or the work of earlier artists like Pablo Picasso, De Kooning, El Greco, Diego Velázquez. I have been painting and exhibiting in Romania, Netherlands, Spain and UK.
I studied painting for 6 years, at University of Arts, Bucharest (graduated in 1997), and Film direction for one year at Hyperion University (2000/2001), before embarking on a career in graphic design, art direction and illustration. (My graphic design works were published and reviewed in several well-known design magazines and books).

2016 – My Royal Portrait series were featured in top interior design magazines (Lakáskultúra). Richard Adams, the last true maximalist, one of the world top notch interior designers (http://www.richardadamsinteriors.com) asked me if I want to collaborate on a project (the redesign of a sumptuous residence in Budapest, Hungary). My task was to contribute with two very large canvases. When it was completed, the project have been presented in top interior design magazines (Lakáskultúra). My artworks were much appreciated, also featured and reviewed in the same editorial.
